I am so proud to say I am related to this awesome, amazingly cute family. My girls are so lucky to have the best cousin's on the earth that play and dote on them every time we see them.

I got to know this lovely lady as her visiting teacher and I always felt like I learned more from her even though I was giving the lesson. I love people that I can glean so much from! Her kids were all just adorable and did so good even though it was a cold November day in Idaho!

It's always difficult to find an indoor location to photograph an extended family, but I was so happy to find this place and all of the warm tones. It was fun to meet the whole family and have cute little Vera try on some new hairbands.

The H. Family (Idaho Falls Family Photographer)

I love meeting new families and getting to know them in such a short period of time. These boys cracked me up. I was throwing leaves on them near the end of the shoot for some pretty falling leaf shots, and then I told them it was their turn to throw leaves up in the air. So on the count of three both boys threw a big armful of leaves right at me. I was totally surprised, but I thought it was hilarious they were getting me back.

The B. Family (Idaho Falls Family Photographer)

I love when my clients find new spots and this one was a breathe of fresh air. The stars on the barn were so great and I love all of the "props" we had to work with. Not to mention I found the coolest window pane inside of the barn that I am now the proud/excited owner of :) I loved working with this family and I have some awesome pictures coming soon of a very cool company they are associated with. Can't wait to share!

This picture was screaming for a little Christmas cheer...so I took the liberty of adding some :)

 I love their shoes. They totally coordinated with the crate I brought :)

 So this one is kind of a funny story. I was having a hard time getting the boys to hug so I told the older brother to "pop" his younger brother. I love how excited he was about it!

I am loving bringing back these blast from the past pictures, so here is another one for you! Sweet little Logan and Mya six months ago..

Fast forward to now... 

 

My little girl Sadie said she wants a baby boy that looks just like Logan because she said he is"so cute!" I hope I can deliver!

 

Their eyes are really this blue. I didn't add any vibrance!

I love going back and comparing baby pictures! Shya is just as cute as ever! It was fun to hang out with the whole family this time and brave the weather. We talked a lot about Halloween and Trick-or-Treating. That has become my new favorite thing to talk to children about during my shoots. They get really excited about it and give me the best smiles!
